Pamela Anderson has settled her legal spat with a big time Las Vegas realtor after he sued her for failing to honour an alleged agreement to help him promote a condominium development. Real estate mogul Laurence Hallier sued the actress for $22.5 million (£14 million) last year (11), claiming she agreed to help him sell homes in the exclusive Panorama Towers - and then failed to show for promotional appearances. Anderson countersued Hallier, alleging he had promised to give her a free condo in exchange for her services, but refused as a result of her alleged breach of agreement. But, according to Tmz.com, the matter has been settled out of court. The terms of the agreement are confidential.
